Newburyport Birders will lead a free exploration of Amesbury’s meadowlands at Battis Farm and the lower trails near Lake Gardner for the Lake Gardner Association.

Meeting Location: Battis Farm parking lot off South Hampton Road and Route 107A, Amesbury promptly at 8:45 am.
Participants will look for a variety of spring migrant birds and learn how to identify them in their habitat. Sue McGrath will discuss the birds’ natural history. Wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt and footwear appropriate for walking on unpaved surfaces.
